The Client Our client is a leading production agency based in London that produces TV, Digital, Print and Marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This agency have a conscious effort to establish their digital offering to clients and over the past two years have made some key hires in their creative and technical teams. They now have a desire to improve the delivery team’s head count with the introduction of one or two Digital Producers The Role For this particular role our client is ideally looking for Digital Producers with considerable online campaign experience working across emails, banners, micro-sites, interactive sites and online apps. There is less focus on web build exposure but rather experience working across multiple campaigns. Producers at this agency need to be self-sufficient with a solid understanding of both the project lifecycle and project management best practices. Digital Producers work closely with all departments so someone who is a clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills will certainly impress. The ability to effectively scope projects, manage budget requirements and risks as well as deliver projects on time and on spec is what this agency is after. Desired Skills and Experience Key Requirements: The ability to ensure timely completion of projects, including activity (task) definition and sequencing processes Client facing with the ability to manage client needs through the whole of a project lifecycle Excellent understanding of how to use Omniplan, MS Project or Visio to effectively manage projects Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle a varied workload and to prioritise ones time effectively Essential Experience required for this position includes: 2-3 Years Project Management Experience Experience of working in (preferably large) digital/ creative agencies on large global accounts Delivery experience for the following types of projects: Banners, Microsites, Emails, App Build, Websites (CMS driven), The ability to use the methods of Scrum in management projects is desirable This is a great opportunity to join an agency that place training and development at the core of their business.
